ABOUT ADITYA SHARMA

With 7-10 years of experience in consulting (Organization Change Management), project management, marketing & sales, and engineering for capital projects in India and the USA, I have successfully worked within different business functions, diverse cultures and delivered high-impact, large-scale operational turnarounds. In my recent role as Program Manager for Business Transformation at Hindalco (Birla Copper), a flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group, I led a large-scale transformation initiative which involved developing and delivering change management improvement initiatives tailored to diverse business and line functions and conducting diagnostic studies, designed an implementation model, and managed the program to adapt to changing needs. The success of the program was due to effective communication with stakeholders at all levels (including C-suites), managing cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, and implementing continuous improvement practices. Key highlights of my career include- Designing and implementing sustainable transformation projects - Leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational change and continuous improvement - Developing and managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives - Facilitating large-scale training and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption In addition to my practical experience, I hold an MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a BE in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by a PMP® and Organization Transformation series certificate from PMI, Pennsylvania USA. About me beyond professional journey: For much of my life, I endeavored to maintain a delicate balance between work, life, sports, and relationships, meticulously segmenting my time and efforts. However, I recently came to a profound realization: compartmentalizing my life wasn’t serving me well. Embracing a holistic approach, I now view life as an integrated whole, where I pour my passion into everything I do, giving it my all. At the core of my being, empathy, integrity, being fearless and generosity guide my actions. I strive to connect with people deeply and meaningfully, fostering relationships that enrich both my life and theirs. I am committed to continuous learning and growth, always seeking to act with purpose and finding joy in every moment.
