I am an inquisitive person who enjoys challenges and seizes any opportunity to learn and grow, with a strong sense of integrity and the determination to go the extra mile and work hard. As an experienced HR professional with more than 4 years of experience in recruitment, I have developed a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates and fostering lasting partnerships.My approach to recruitment is both strategic and personalized. I work closely with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and develop a tailored recruitment strategy that attracts the best possible candidates. I have a proven track record of identifying and attracting top talent throughstrategic sourcing techniques on various sourcing platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, IIM Jobs and applicant tracking system (Workday) to manage the interview process and negotiating job offers. I also understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and strive to build diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve.In addition to recruitment, I have also worked on onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective on how HR can make a meaningful impact on an organization. Besides my work, I strive to broaden my understanding of my country\'s history, forces and culture, while fostering a stronger connection to my roots.
