I am the Chief Digital & Technology Officer for Vialto Partners, a portfolio company of CD & R. We are the largest, independent global mobility company, focused on disrupting and transforming the global mobility ecosystem, by enabling through Scalable, secured, connected and data driven Digital platforms. Vialto Partners comprises over world-class immigration, tax, HR, and Technology professionals, supporting multinational organizations and their cross-boarder employees. My key responsibilities are: As the Chief Digital & Technology leader, I lead all aspects of Digital, Data and Technology globally. I am reporting to the CEO of Vialto Partners and part of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team. I closely partner with the rest of the leaders and Digitally Savvy Clients globally, in creating and executing Digital and Data Strategy for all service lines (Tax, Immigration, Business Travel, Compensation, Remote work, Managed Services). I am also responsible for Innovation, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Data Science and Cyber Security. I enjoy in building Global Talent Strategy and creating highly motivated Digital & Technology teams. I closely partner with selective Universities and engage in their Industry Advisory Councils to review and influence their Computer Science curriculum for undergrad and grad students. I lead Global intern programs for all of the role families in Technology. I am currently pursuing my Global Doctor of Business Administration in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. I led various Diversity & Inclusion networks globally. Previously, I led Global Digital Technology Organizations in American Express, Ameriprise Financials and CBRE.
