With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, I am a Branch Manager at TD, one of the largest banks in Canada. I hold multiple certifications from IFSE Institute in Investment Securities and Retirement Planning, and I have a strong background in banking center operations, customer service, and financial advice. I am responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the banking center, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the services, and leading a team of 15 staff members.
