As an Activation Specialist, I work closely with clients to plan, execute, and elevate events that showcase their brands. I conduct interviews, hire brand ambassadors, and manage event logistics, including uniforms, parking, and training calls to ensure smooth event execution. I serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, coordinating across multiple markets, teams, and events.Additionally, I manage pay sheets, including travel reimbursements, bonuses, and overtime, to ensure timely and accurate compensation. I create and deliver staff decks via Canva, providing clients with detailed ambassador profiles, headshots, and bios.Alongside event management, I also create engaging social media content for Hype, boosting brand visibility and driving traffic to our website. My role is centered around delivering organized, impactful event experiences while fostering strong communication and ensuring results-driven outcomes.
