Job Opportunity Generation (Large & Mid-size)- Generate job opportunities as per the monthly targets and placement plans.4.Placement Readiness Sessions : Conduct regular sessions for placement-ready students to enhance employability and readiness for interviews.5.Field Support for Placement Activities: Assist Assistant Manager in Placements at different locations in identifying new job openings, meeting with clients, and negotiating salary packages.6.Support Mobilization via Counseling Sessions: Contribute to the mobilization process by conducting placement-oriented sessions during student counseling phases.7.Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Facilitate and analyze the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process within the zone to identify gaps and define actionable improvements.8.Job Drives & Placement Melas: Organize and ensure the smooth execution of job drives and placement melas in key cities.9.Placement Monitoring: Oversee the placement of trained candidates across various projects within the assigned zone.10.Industry Skill Survey: Conduct industry surveys to understand current and emerging skill requirements in various sectors.
