Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the delivery strategy in alignment with business goals• Project Governance: Establish frameworks and best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and cross-functional staff.• Client/Business Engagement and contract management: Serve as a senior point of contact for key business units and third party vendors ensuring transparency, trust, and delivery excellence.• Resource Allocation: Oversee resource planning and allocation to maximize efficiency and performance.• Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.• Monitor and manage projects across the delivery portfolio.• Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure effective communication for post-incident analysis.• Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding delivery.• Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into service delivery scope and impact.• Take full accountability for delivery performance, ensuring business expectations are met and anticipating future demand.• Recommend improvements and ensure timely implementation of service delivery enhancements.• Provide accurate, consistent reporting to management on service delivery metrics and performance.• People Leadership: Oversee staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring to build a high-performing team.• Collaboration: Build strong relationships across to enable effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.• Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage stakeholders effectively across internal teams and third parties to align delivery expectations and outcomes.• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve delivery processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g, Agile, Scrum, Project Management)
