At Pet Supplies Plus (2021), I gained hands-on experience in customer service, animal care, and cash handling, ensuring a positive customer experience. From 2022 to now, I worked at The Fruit Stand in Kent, OH, where I improved my customer service skills and deepened my knowledge of food safety, health codes, and operations in the acaí and smoothie business. As an active member of the Zeta Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta, I serve as Vice President of Event Planning. I oversee organizing and executing events, enhancing my leadership and project management skills.
