As a Senior Business Consultant, I am a member of the Pre-Sales team, working closely with Sales to develop a winning sales strategy for new prospects, respond to RFPs, write proposals, conduct technology demos, and prepare presentations for customer meetings. While based in the US, I support the global Sales team, including APAC and EMEA. Once a customer has signed on with RWS I support the operations team in on-boarding, technology configurations, and requirements gathering. For existing customers, I further support them with developing long-term global strategies through consulting engagements, training on globalization best practices, how new AI advances are best incorporated, and overall recommendations for improvement.
