Steering the audit function at the business segment AMDS (ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions) – 8 different business divisions (90+ legal entities in scope across Europe, including Accounting Shares Service Centres, IT Data Centres, JVs, central purchasing organizations). Reporting to Audit Head Europe-Responsible for preparation and delivering of the audit plan as per the defined deadlines following the Real Time Assurance approach, engaging on-shore as well as off-shore consultants, developing Continuous Auditing tools and up-skilling the internal audit team. Aiming at achieving substantial cash recoveries as well as value additions in terms of efficiency increase/cost avoidance for the scope for reviewed processes- Being exposed to Top Level management when delivering the audit projects conclusions as well as performing a structured risk assessment involving the key business stakeholders. Supervising the execution of the SOx compliance program in the AMDS segment – 9 entities in full SOx scope. Cooperating on design of control frameworks as well as SOD concepts.
