Utilizing nearly 30 years of industry knowledge in drafting, estimating, and construction project management in residential, commercial and financial building design and construction. Involved by coordinating product installations with subcontractors to meet project schedules, Provided billed work proposals to customers, attended weekly project meetings, and ordered necessary supplies and equipment to complete projects on time and on budget. Project managed over 350 projects in 2 1/2 years with a total value of over $8.75 million. I have an extensive CAD background utilizing Microstation & AutoCAD software. I have also used Photoshop, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat software.in project submittals.
