I help businesses and nonprofits make sense of their numbers so they can move forward with clarity, strategy, and confidence.As Managing Partner of Cascade CPA (formerly Kollath CPA), I lead a team that delivers outsourced accounting and tax strategy with CFO-level insight, without the overhead. From client accounting services to core support in tax planning, reporting, payroll, and bookkeeping, we provide the insights and responsiveness growing teams depend on. Cascade bridges the gap by offering both day-to-day execution and strategic guidance, so leaders can focus on running and growing their organizations with confidence.Earlier in my career, I served as an Advisory Manager at Ernst & Young and later managed strategy and operations at a PE-backed health and wellness startup in Los Angeles. Along the way, I discovered that the balance sheet is both science and art, and that the best leaders use accounting as a tool for growth, not just compliance.I’m a CPA with a Master of Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson.
