DevOps Lead in several consulting IT projects, mainly for financial institutions, both in Poland and abroad as part of the global PwC network. Providing substantive support for IT projects, such as: analysis and development of functional specifications, data analysis in source systems, definition of business requirements, design, construction, implementation and post-implementation service of IT systems designed to support modern business processes, support in UAT end-user testing, development of mobile applications.Responsibilities:• Define and implement best practices, standards, and processes for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloudmanagement.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align DevOps solutions withorganizational goals.• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps pipelines and infrastructure.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.• Evaluate new technologies and tools, making recommendations for adoption based on business needs andindustry trends.• Act as a key liaison between the DevOps team and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communicationacross departments• Plan the architecture of IT systems in areas such as data analytics, databases, cloud, technologies used andcybersecurity.Areas of expertise:• Delivering scalable, resilient and automated builds across local and cloud environments using Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus, Ansible for high quality pipelines• Cloud Platforms• Generative AI• SDLC• Patching and vulnerability remediation processes and frameworks (including automation of these processes). Vulnerability scanning using tools such as Veracode, SonarQube or Blackduck• System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and SMA (Service Management Automation)• Scripting to automate everyday tasks
