Experienced professional with previous management consulting history in complex system integration and supply chain transformation. Passionate about understanding change from an empathetic lens and bringing transformational and effective change to complex organizations at a time when the CPG industry is facing multiple headwinds including market share challenges, post-pandemic consumer behavior changes, and novel supply chain and pricing challenges. Prosci and Lean Six Sigma green belt certified.
