ABOUT LUIS SEGHEZZI

I am a strategy and transformation leader with over 20 years of international experience guiding complex organizations through change, execution, and institution-scale initiatives. I currently lead a Strategy and Transformation office at Nestlé IT & Digital USA, working in close partnership with senior leadership to coordinate executive decision-making, cross-functional initiatives, and disciplined follow-through in highly matrixed, consensus-driven environments.My work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership effectiveness. I specialize in translating competing priorities into clear decisions, creating shared views of risk and progress, and enabling leaders to move forward in environments where authority is distributed and collaboration is essential.Over the course of my career, I have built and scaled organizational capabilities across the United States and Europe, led enterprise restructuring and capability-building efforts, and supported senior leaders through periods of significant transformation. This includes establishing new operating hubs, coordinating cross-organizational initiatives, and strengthening institutional resiliency through integrated people, process, and technology approaches.More recently, I have focused on the responsible adoption of generative AI as a people and capability transformation, emphasizing judgment, trust, and clarity over automation for its own sake. I bring a practical, governance-oriented perspective to technology, with a strong focus on decision support, communication, and sustainable ways of working.I am motivated by mission-driven leadership, long-term impact, and building environments where people can do their best work. My leadership style is collaborative, reflective, and shaped by years of working across cultures, functions, and institutional contexts.
