Business Analytics students turn to entrepreneurs. My name is Zhongyi Sheng, and I come from Guangxi, China. I grew up in an environment where my father owned and operated restaurants in our hometown. He always emphasized that if one desires time freedom, entrepreneurship is the way to go. Initially, this idea intimidated me, as I believed that entrepreneurship was not something I was capable of. I used to be someone without clear goals or plans for the future, and I was afraid of stepping out of my comfort zone. However, my perspective shifted when I had the opportunity to meet a successful entrepreneurial couples. They helped me realize that I didn\'t want a future where I would forever be working for others. Inspired by their success stories, I understood that entrepreneurship is a path I want to pursue. I discovered that the knowledge, skills, and mindset required for entrepreneurship can be learned and developed. This journey is not without its challenges, but I firmly believe in continuous learning, personal growth, and embracing challenges as opportunities for victory. In the past, I may have been hesitant to step out of my comfort zone, but now I am eager to face new experiences and embrace the exhilaration that comes with conquering them. As I embrace on this path of entrepreneurship, I am determined to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills, connect with like-minded individuals, and create a meaningful impact in the business world.    Product Manager:• Gather feedback from over 50 users of Business Metadata Management systems and compile it into approximately 35 enhancement suggestions to complete annual product optimizations.• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, working closely with Product, Technology, Design, and business teams. Responsible for ideation, testing (including UAT Testing, UAT Plan, UAT Test Cases, and UAT Report), and product feature launches.• Work with Data Analysts and Data Engineers to organize, write, execute, and maintain over Data Quality Rules using SQL.• Maintain a continuous pulse on the business and product health by tracking KPIs against targets and analyzing key trends with underlying drivers through the creation of a user performance matrix.• Update and maintain system procedures and user manuals for Business Metadata Management systems, answer user queries, and provide demonstrations when needed.• Collaborate with Product Managers for Technical Metadata, Data Lineage, and Data Asset Management during cross-system interactions for solution discussions.
