ABOUT MEREDITH ZENNER

Sales + marketing pro with CPG, wine & spirits, and RTD experience. I lead with collaboration, creativity, and results. Passionate about wine, innovation, and exploring new places—personally and professionally.With a foundation in sales and marketing, I bring a results-driven, cross-functional mindset to every role I take on. I’ve worked across some of the biggest brands in the industry—including Cheez-It, Pringles, Sam Adams, Truly Hard Seltzer, Twisted Tea, Nonino and Jim Beam—leading programs that blend creativity with performance.Alongside those household names, ranging from niche, premium, to luxury and ultra-luxury product segments, I’ve worked on brands that span the spectrum of the alcohol beverage space. That includes premium wines like Loveblock, luxury offerings such as Piper-Heidsieck Champagne, and a number of high-potential innovation projects—some of which made it to market, and others that never did but helped sharpen my strategic instincts and creative thinking. My interest in CPG and brand innovation actually started early on with an internship at The Coca-Cola Company, where I worked within the Venturing & Emerging Brands (VEB) team. That experience, supporting brands like Illy Issimo, Honest Tea, and Zico Coconut Water, sparked my passion for spotting white space, building brand stories, and thinking ahead of the curve.I thrive when I’m working cross-functionally—whether that’s partnering with sales teams or my current customer, Kroger, to understand what’s really happening in market, managing wholesaler partners in the alcohol beverage space, or collaborating with brand and innovation teams to bring new ideas to life. I’m motivated by growth, results, and seeing a team win together.During my time at The Boston Beer Company, I was honored to receive the Innovation Award for the West Division—an acknowledgment of my ability to drive creative, high-impact initiatives. I also hold a WSET Level 2 certification in wine, underscoring my deep passion and expertise in the wine category.Outside of work, I love sharing wine with friends and family, cooking with my husband, and discovering the perfect pairings along the way. We enjoy traveling and exploring new places together—something that’s been a constant throughout my journey, having lived in Ohio, Dallas, Chicago, Colorado, and now Phoenix. I’m no stranger to change, and I’ve always embraced the opportunity to meet new people, experience new cultures, and stay open to what’s next.Let\'s connect! Cheers!
