ABOUT ZENITA BOFILL BAROUH

With over 25 years of experience in the food service industry, I am a seasoned sales leader who is passionate about delivering quality products and services to my customers. I currently work as the Southern Regional Sales Manager at Rose Packing Company, where I manage key accounts in the region. I am responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, increasing market share, and fostering long-term relationships with distributors, Brokers and food service operators. Before joining Rose Packing, I worked as the Regional Sales Manager at Meyer Natural Foods for two and a half years, where I led a similar role and successfully grew the sales volume and profitability of the organic and natural meat segment. I also worked as the District Sales Manager at Cheney Brothers, Inc. for 18 years, where I started as a sales representative and climbed the ranks to manage a team of 8-15 representatives. I have developed a strong expertise in the food service industry, as well as skills in new business development, key account management, negotiation, and presentation.My core competencies are leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams, and I always strive to support and empower my colleagues and partners. I am also committed to learning and improving myself, and I seek feedback and opportunities to grow professionally.
