ABOUT ZAREEN ISMAIL
I am a seasoned Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) and \"hands-on\" senior consultant with international experience as a leader in sectors such as health, finance, justice, transport, education and primary industries. I enjoy using my extensive skills in crisis management, stakeholder management, and project implementation to create positive change in complex organisations and high-profile programmes. I excel in providing strategic, fiscal and operational guidance to businesses and communities for better and sustainable outcomes. I work closely with donor organisations across the Oceania region, specifically to assist government agencies on end-end financial management of grants or to evaluate infrastructure projects. I have a strong understanding of the machinery of New Zealand, Australia, Dubai and Fiji government and how to make things happen.
