ABOUT ZARA COGHILL
With a background in product ownership and delivery, I work across Agile and traditional project frameworks to drive quality outcomes. I take a collaborative and quality-first approach, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs and delivery expectations. I’m known for identifying improvement opportunities and championing initiatives that drive meaningful change.I’m also a passionate advocate for inclusion, having led Women in Tech and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across multiple organisations. This includes organising events for the APAC region, and supporting colleagues to attend local events. A highlight was organising and facilitating an event with Julie Anne Genter, the Minister for Women, 2017 – 2020.
