ABOUT ZACHARY P.
While studying Marketing & International Business at Indiana University Bloomington, I strive to improve myself and the community around me. My experiences have helped shape me into a hardworking, problem-solving, and adaptable team member. Hardworking: Being on my class board, playing club and high school soccer, and being involved in future business leaders of America for all four (4) years of high school required me to do a bit of juggling with my schedule at times which has helped me develop excellent time management skills. I was also able to find time to earn the rank of Eagle Scout which is the highest rank in Scouting that only four percent of Scouts achieve. Problem Solver: Overcoming obstacles and setting clear and achievable goals has allowed me to tackle problems and challenges head-on by coming up with creative well thought out solutions that many times required me to think outside the box. This has served me well whether it be working on a challenging project in the classroom or helping to lead my teammates on the soccer field. Adaptable Team Member: The weather many times affects the schedule of a caddy, which taught me that I needed to be very available at a moment\'s notice to be at the course. Many times I filled in for other caddies who were not available, as well as took on additional hours which required me to take on new and challenging responsibilities. Being prepared for unexpected circumstances is an environment I thrive in.
