ABOUT YUVAL FESSLER

With over 18 years of experience in the tech industry, I am a seasoned corporate leader, public company executive, and trusted advisor to boards and CEOs. My expertise lies in scaling companies from early stage through hyper-growth, international expansion, and public operations, building and managing cross functional teams, heading legal and corporate affairs, and spearheading strategic growth initiatives such as new business operations worldwide, corporate acquisitions, PMIs and IPOs, and building alliances and partnerships. I have a significant track record of leading negotiations in multi-million dollar transactions with Fortune 500 and Global companies across various sectors, such as JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Amazon, Walmart, BNP Paribas, Boeing, and AT & T. I\'ve also transacted extensively with the federal government and global media conglomerates such as Yahoo, Forbes, Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and USA Today.I led Tufin Technologies\' IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (TUFN - NYSE) in 2019, managed its subsequent follow-on offerings, chaired annual shareholders meetings, and navigated the company through shareholders activism battles and securities class actions as its Chief Legal & Business Officer. Recently, I played a pivotal role in OpenWeb\'s Series F investment round, securing $170M at a $1.5BN valuation, and led strategic corporate acquisitions in France, the UK, Canada, and the US, including Hive Media ($60M), AddYouLike ($100M), and PowerInbox ($100M).I hold an Executive MBA in International Business & Finance from Northwestern – Kellogg and have been recognized as one of the \"Legal 500’s GC Power List 2020 (Israel).\"
