Responsible for leading all pillars of the company’s compliance program, with a strong focus on cultural transformation and establishing compliance as a business support function. Redesigned the entire compliance program, rebranding it as GP+Responsa, including a new visual identity and communication strategy aimed at embedding compliance into the daily operations. Developed concise materials, such as the #Descomplicou series, addressing complex topics in a straightforward manner, and launched key guidelines in partnership with other departments, including Anti-Harassment, Diversity, Election Conduct, and Responsible Social Media Use.Oversaw a significant increase in the Due Diligence process, expanding the scope to legacy suppliers and integrating compliance into new internal workflows. Led risk assessments and implemented the review and update of all internal policies, ensuring they were aligned with the company\'s operational realities. Managed the whistleblower channel, achieving a 2.5x increase in reports, and positioning it as a secure, confidential, and impartial tool. Enhanced the consultation channel, which saw a 3x increase in use.Under my leadership, the compliance team was restructured to 12 members, including the creation of a dedicated coordinator for the whistleblower channel. The training program was revamped, with 97% adherence and high satisfaction ratings, offering modular, dynamic, and risk-based content tailored for all employees, leadership, and specific risk groups.Directly reporting to the Board of Directors and the co-CEO, fostering engagement and continuous oversight of compliance metrics and actions. Upgraded the Due Diligence tools and implemented a new solution for the mapping and management of conflict-of-interest issues. Developed and implemented new compliance training programs, following modern trends for video consumption and learning, ensuring content was concise and engaging for all employees.
