Facilitates and manages all coordination and scheduling of all training resource requirements for 1-81 AR BN- QAQC 19K OSUT class schedules IAW installation deconfliction meeting- Verifies training schedules and assist companies in resolving conflicts pertaining to training resources- Aid company unit schedulers in forecasting and scheduling all requirements for support, tactical vehicles, simulation facilities, transportation, ammunition and pyrotechnics, and visual equipment- Ensure subordinate units are updating and maintaining Cadre and Trainee training requirements in DTMS- Communicates with other installation agencies through various means to coordinate ammunition/weapons requirements, ranges, training areas, and outside instruction equipment - Prepares and maintains policies, SOPs, and reports regarding POI changes - Manages all current and historical POIs by maintaining up-to-date records - Advises cadre on issues pertaining to time and resources constraints -Advises cadre on all resource utilization through data collection and analysis- Aids subordinate units in coordinating and developing resource requirements and POI worksheets - Reviews resource requirements for each POI lesson plan and modify and delete as necessary - Provide technical advice concerning format and content to prevent inconsistencies, overlaps, and repetition of instruction- Uses office automation to perform administrative duties - Updates, manipulates, and revises data and requests over various systems (RFMSS, ESC, etc.)- Serve as subject matter expert at the BN level for training resources systems and ensures that company unit schedulers and executive officers are trained as necessary
