Oversee the production, editing, proofreading, typesetting, A/V in various languages for all clients • Oversee in-house and freelance staff of translators, editors, and DTP personnel. Work with Production teams to ensure resources meet productivity and quality benchmarks established • Act as a liaison between CQ and major clients • Establish clear lines of communication with Sales to forecast resource needs • Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices • Conduct yearly evaluations for direct reports • Work with direct reports to ensure yearly evaluations are conducted in a timely manner • Working with direct reports to ensure company policies are implemented • Track overtime hours and implement measure to reduce unnecessary overtime • Ensure compliance with QMS in the translation department • Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives. • Establish production goals and holding production teams accountable to meet goals • Ensure performance KPI’s are met or exceeded: Gross Sales, Operating Profit, Profitability, OT, Non-Conforming Events, Delinquent CARs/PARs
