ABOUT YEE-ANN CHO
For the past 20+ years as a mission-driven leader, I’ve been honored to advance the work of a variety of organizations, from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to the Colorado Education Initiative to the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. My career spans the social sector at the local, state, and national levels, with deep experience in philanthropy and nonprofits as well as education and government. My work is characterized by strategic vision, strong team-building (including integrating diverse/siloed teams into a unified whole), internal and external collaboration, focus on results - and caring about everyone in the organization. As a leader, it\'s important to me to enlist and engage all team members with trust and integrity. I really enjoy and take pride in skillfully managing, developing, motivating and guiding others - building and strengthening high-performing cohesive teams, cultures, and systems to achieve greater impact and joy in working together! I welcome new connections and re-connections, and opportunities to help social-sector organizations achieve their goals.
