As a Sales Lead Manager at Läderach, I am dedicated to creating memorable experiences in the premium chocolate industry, where I lead a team to deliver exceptional service and drive results. My experience blends expertise in sales leadership with a unique foundation in sociology, providing a well-rounded perspective on customer dynamics and team collaboration. I enjoy using my sociological insight to foster a customer-centered atmosphere, focusing on the social elements that contribute to a positive retail experience. My interest in chocolate goes beyond sales: I completed a hands-on bean-to-bar chocolate-making course in London, where I learned the full process from sourcing quality cocoa beans to crafting chocolate. This training allows me to share the artistry and dedication behind Läderach products, enhancing my ability to engage and educate customers with a deeper understanding of our offerings. Alongside my role in sales, I am also expanding my technical skill set with a focus on DevOps and cloud technologies, particularly AWS. My goal is to bridge the gap between technical efficiency and human-centered approaches to teamwork and process improvement.
