I have 17 years of experience helping global businesses succeed with SaaS-based automation, CRM, ERP and E-invoicing solutions. Over the years, I’ve led end-to-end implementations, scaled service delivery operations, and partnered with clients to make sure technology investments deliver real value.What I enjoy most is working at the intersection of people, process, and technology—whether it’s rolling out a complex platform across multiple regions, improving delivery efficiency, or leading diverse teams through high-pressure projects. I’m known for taking challenges head-on, breaking away from traditional approaches when needed, and delivering outcomes while keeping empathy at the core—for both my teams and stakeholders.One of my proudest achievements has been leading an industry vertical from the ground up and transforming it into one of the most successful and fastest-growing verticals in the organization. This experience taught me how to combine strategy, execution, and team leadership to deliver sustainable results.In another role, I revived a stalled ERP implementation, ensured adoption across 40 locations, and demonstrated measurable impact on business, users, and end customers. I also established a support team, created policies, and collaborated across multiple teams to build an in-house ERP system.
