Shanghai Newland Imageco Information Company is the originator of China\'s QR code coupon business and a new retail-digital marketing solution expert.Imageco takes people as the core and focuses on \"tools, resources and operations\", through in-depth cooperation with platforms such as WeChat, Alipay and UnionPay, to help companies to transform into new retailing.As a project manager for Uniqlo, my main responsibilities are- Follow up the whole process of the project, including planning project management, analyzing requirements, executing and delivering, monitoring and controlling, and closing the stages of the project- Manage the different areas of the project, such as schedule management, cost management, quality management, communication management and stakeholder management- Monitor the risks and implement risk responses accordingly- Track issues with RCA analysis and optimization on the procedures and products in terms of the functionality and efficiency- Report to the management and client periodically with demonstration on the project schedule.The main business with Uniqlo are membership and e-payment in areas of mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Russia.Membership: monthly activities and holiday events, such as new store opening and activities with different channels. The jobs include creating coupons, updating banners and pop-up windows, and tracking the data accordingly.ePay: provide different payment channels to clients, with offline verification connecting to PoS-side in stores.
