Participate in sales meetings with country teams; analyze results and commercial performance (sales, market trends, market share, inventory management) and review commercial initiatives.2. Consolidate and develop sales and inventory forecasts in collaboration with country teams.3. Support sales-forecast adjustments and join follow-up meetings on commercial performance with the countries.4. Conduct regional market analyses and benchmark brand performance (sales channels, market segments, etc.) against competitors.5. Own data management and reporting provided to the Renault Business Unit on the cluster’s commercial performance; act as the liaison between the BU and the cluster countries.6. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to define the cluster’s commercial policies and commercial resource levels, in line with budget and forecast adjustments.
