Own the company’s member-facing billing experience, financial reporting, and violations enhancement strategy. Collaborate and coordinate across internal teams (Engineering, Member Service, Community Management, Violations, and UX design teams) to build product roadmaps, prioritize features and meet delivery goals. • Utilize data to understand billing-related issues and root causes, break down complex problems, and back up recommendations with quantitative and qualitative reasoning. • Drive improvements in the violation process by recognizing areas of opportunity, developing strategies to address them, and leading the implementation of changes. • Monitor product-key billing and financial reporting performance and work closely with Finance & Accounting and Engineering teams to catch and fix any issues to maintain financial accuracy.
