Part of Covéa group since 2013, I have joined Covéa\'s Corporate Finance team in 2016. Since 2018, I am head of unlisted real estate investment funds, partnerships and real estate debt (now called Indirect Real Estate Investments department). My main roles are - To represent Covea\'s interest at the board those companies and funds - To review opportunities of corporate real estate investments in France and Europe - To negociate partnerships and indirect investments process - To manage Covea\'s dedicated real estate debt fund - To provide to Covea insights regarding real estate markets and opportunities - I first started as a statutory auditor at Ernst & Young Paris where I specialzed in real estate. Through this 3 year period (land developper, property and facility manager, real estate investment funds, defeasance companies) Then working during my DTZ Consulting years (20••••13), I was in charge of real estate and financial issues such as- Real estate portfolio strategy (optimization of current portfolio, cost rationalization, identification of real estate opportunities, implementation of the strategy)- Buyer/Seller side due diligences (corporate finance, accounting, financial modelling, disposal strategy definition, coordination of technical and legal advisors, data-room creation, negotiation.)- Valorization and financial modelling of real estate companies and/or projects (notably retail parks, conference centers, luxuary hotels)- Internal procedure and organization consultancy (process and internal control review, risks identification, procedures creations) Through the recent years spent at DTZ I have been managing teams from 1 to 6 people, supervising clients\' proposal, leading clients meetings.
