Velsera is a precision engine company, enabling a continuous flow of knowledge between bench side and bedside, fueling innovation and creating insights that radically improve human health. As a Senior Engagement Manager, I build a strong relationship with >20 major Pharma and Biotech clients, identifying their CBIs and Real World Evidence (RWE) needs. I work closely with the Technology and Product team to design scientific solutions to address their needs. Apart from the >US$2.5M TCV that I bring via subscriptions and professional services, what I take pride the most is the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams with tremendous talents and diverse expertise ranging from Technology & Product, Business & Marketing, to Legal & Compliance. I am a firm believer of teamwork, which is a key driver for all the impactful product launches (e.g, web uploader, custom portal, custom frontend, precision engine ARIA™), benefiting >1M users worldwide. In parallel, I work closely with the Product and Commercial Marketing Team to create go-to-market contents (e.g, customer interviews, webinar, blog posts, training). All these marketing campaigns are instrumental to the exponential growth of the company long term.
