Solid reporting to Group Capex & CO2 Director and dotted to Group Industrial Director at Group HQ in St. Cloud / Paris / France- Location based in Hamburg / Germany- Covering Capex spend of over 65 m€ for region Northern & Eastern Europe- Supporting and coordinating Capex spend and approval for in total 13 Northern European countries with 120 operational locations, approx. 40 % of Group revenue (in peak up to 18 countries and 185 locations)- Working closely with 9 industrial project managers on all complex, strategic, and major Capex projects in the region- Supporting plant general managers with all simple Capex projects – from technical, project and financial perspective- Defining and supporting industrial investment forecast and budget with regional / country senior management teams- Working closely with regional / country management and industrial project team on strategic industrial investments- Responsible for Group-wide cashflow forecast for all industrial investments to Group Capex Director, Group CTO and Group CFO- Being part of Group Committee for Group Capex Plan & Budget- Managing key machinery suppliers together with Group Capex manager and liaison management with one strategic supplier for the group- Driving internal machine usage together with two Regional Capex Coordinators (based in France) incl. management of small warehouse of 2nd hand equipment in the region- Running post-merger activities for industrial project & Capex team in the region
