Project: Landing ZoneClient: World well known telecommunications company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.An AWS landing zone is high level infrastructure for organization management (via AWS Organizations) with fast track for new account enrolment on a massive scale (approx accounts). Within Landing Zone, as member of AWS Product Team, I set up the standards for account\'s management, automation, security compliance, networking, managing access with corporate IdP (Active Directory) and how account owners create, manage and destroy resources. Governs company security compliance standards with native services in Organization per account and region level. Manages permissions in AWS Organizations via developed service for Security Control Polices (as single source of truth) that provides central control on account, organization units or group of accounts permissions by predefined guardrails to stay within organization’s access control guidelines.Provides ready to go solutions as self service for customers based on AWS Service Catalog Products for cost optimization and fault tolerance (new regions enablement, EC2 instances management, health checks for Lambdas and more). Main focus is emphasized on agility benefits the public cloud provides. These benefits are the ones that typically enable organizations to reduce the time to take new products to market and gain the competitive edge, or to migrate existing applications into the Cloud.
