I am a strategic remuneration, benefits and reward leader, with over 20 years HR and corporate experience across a range of industries, business life cycle stages and locations. I have specialist expertise in employee equity plans, executive remuneration, governance and working with Executives and Boards.I joined Telix Pharmaceuticals in January 2024 where I’ve been working on the remuneration elements that help us attract, reward and retain the best in the business at Telix - all while we have gone through a phenomenal business growth phase. Working with ambiguity, complexity and unique scenarios is all in a day’s work in this complex and fast moving environment. I bring my expertise from other Australian entities including Latitude Financial, Coles, REA Group, iSelect and Transurban, my specialist remuneration consulting with HRascent as well as my UK experience with Jupiter and Diageo. Key Skills and Expertise:* Broad experience across all elements of remuneration, benefits and reward programs* Executive remuneration expertise including benchmarking, developing and implementing incentive plans (cash and equity)* Technical ASX remuneration governance and project management experience including equity disclosures, writing the remuneration section of the annual report, and preparing AGM materials* Nasdaq experience including listing, reporting and equity grants* Extensive experience preparing board papers and presenting at Board meetings* Specialist employee equity experience in ASX-listed companies at ASX30, 100 & 300 level (Latitude, Iress, Coles, REA Group, Transurban, iSelect, ANZ Bank)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience and confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including senior executives and Directors* Presenting to all employees multiple times per year on remuneration matters, preparing slide decks and leading online regional sessions including Q&A* I build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functional areas, including the People team and business (Company Secretariat, Finance and Tax)* Customer service focussed, with a highly organised approach* International experience including UK, Americas, EMEA & Asia Pacific* Experienced people manager, comfortable engaging with and leading teams
