With over nine years of experience in executive compensation, I am a passionate and strategic leader who specializes in designing and implementing long-term incentive (LTI) plans that align with global business objectives and market trends. I have a strong background in data analysis, project management, deferred compensation, and executive compensation planning. Currently, I am looking for a new opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise in a dynamic and innovative organization that values collaboration, diversity, and excellence.In my most recent role as AVP, Director - Executive Compensation at Lockton Companies, I served as the lead point of contact for all US executive and deferred compensation matters, including program designs, market analysis, retention and recruitment strategies, and executive compensation inquiries. I led the design and development of global LTI plans for C-suite executives driven by global EBITDA, which enhanced and integrated global corporate alignment. I enjoy collaborating cross-functionally and have leveraged my relationships with legal, accounting, finance, and executive leaders to resolve and execute complex executive compensation strategies and deferred compensation plans. Additionally, I created and facilitated the utilization of all executive and deferred compensation communication processes.I always enjoy making professional connections.
