I lead and Manage the Talent Acquisition team for CF Industries. I am responsible for global hiring, and strategic planning, which aligns with our organization\'s goals and values. I am a servant leader and a player-coach. I focus on building strong relationships and providing data to improve the function- Responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting and providing global hiring oversight for CF industries- I manage a team of recruiters and collaborate with them to develop sourcing strings, offer negotiations, closing techniques, align with career models, and provide general guidance to lead to success- Develop, evolve, and evangelize talent brand - Create and implement programs to build a strong talent pipeline, including internships, networking events, and DEIB partnerships- Responsible for monthly and quarterly business reviews to Senior Leadership that highlights time-to-fill, YTD hiring, and upcoming partnerships- Develop and Manage KPI\'s that align with hiring & DE & I goals- Responsible for Vendor Management, budget negotiations, and utilization of recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Seekout, SWE, SHPE, Society of Professional Engineers, Zip Recruiter, Indeed and many more- Responsible Talent Assimilation and New Hire Onboarding- Consult with Executives on hiring plan achievement and overall recruiting analyticsLet\'s connect and let me know how I can help you.
