Implementation Program Manager for the QTS Data Center and Corporate office construction buildouts - Created and managed internal and external teams to implement the construction and technology infrastructure needed to bring these sites online. The sites built included both greenfield and direct purchase of existing real estate assets. Managed multiple third-party vendors and a staff of 12-18 engineers. Portfolio Manager of Internal Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premise business application platforms - Created and staffed an Internal PMO department to focus on implementing and upgrading QTSs existing infrastructure and platforms. including but are not limited to: SharePoint, Slack, Azure, Exchange 2019, Varonis and CyberArk. Implementation PM for both Internal infrastructure and customer-facing Operations initiatives - Including hardware upgrades and refreshes, which includes, but are not limited to: Panorama Management Suite and Palo Alto Firewalls, along with Arista/Cisco switch migration for each major QTS location and Audio/Video implementation and upgrades and Digital Signage implementation for most QTS locations.
