ABOUT WILLIAM DANGELO

My passion for the automotive industry began at a young age. Staring out the backseat window on road trips, fascinated by the variety of makes, models, and colors passing by. As I grew older, that curiosity deepened. I spent countless hours reading Consumer Reports and Car and Driver, eventually becoming the go-to resource for car advice among friends and family.A pivotal moment in my journey came during the 2015 National Cyber Automotive Challenge, which sparked my interest in research, marketing, and sales within the automotive space. When it came time to choose a college, Northwood University stood out for its strong focus on dealership operations, business, and finance. It was everything I was looking for to turn my passion into a career. During college, I completed two internships. One internship was with Kia Motors America and another with Toyota Motor North America (Lexus). Following my Lexus internship, I accepted a full-time offer into the Toyota Management Trainee Program.Today, I continue to grow my career at Lexus, where I currently serve as a District Sales Manager in my third role with the organization. I’m fortunate to combine my passion for automobiles with a career focused on performance, strategy, and dealer partnership. Along the way, I earned my MBA from Florida State University, with a concentration in marketing. The automotive industry is constantly evolving, and I remain deeply curious and committed to being a lifelong student of the business.
