Co-Chair of the JPESC (Joint Planning Electrical Safety Committee) where we work to oversee Arc Flash training for 300 + MTE (Electricians/Managers/support personnel). Coordination of Arc flash studies for all Cleveland Works division sites and implement and 70E standards within the workforce. Work to support corporate safety, reliability engineering, and operations. Audit and review Jumper program, Electrical blitz, and support (ESWP) electrical safety work practices for all divisions. Develop training programs for ESWC throughout workforce. Support NEC standards and complete investigations for improved efficiencies, safety, and throughput.
