I\'m a customer success leader with a track record of building client relationships that last. I bring a unique blend of empathy, operational thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to every team I join. With experience spanning early-stage SaaS startups to more established organizations, I know how to adapt quickly, find the gaps, and create systems that support customer retention and growth.I built the customer success function from the ground up at an early-stage startup. That included shaping onboarding flows, designing feedback loops, and creating internal processes that supported retention from day one. In my most recent role as a Senior Client Success Manager, I led a portfolio of enterprise accounts while also laying the foundation for a scaled customer success model to support long-term growth.I\'m most at home in roles where I can bring structure to ambiguity, advocate for users, and build trust that leads to long-term partnerships.
