Assist with all aspects of the Firm’s Continuing Legal Education initiatives, including maintaining CLE database, records, and reports to ensure the Firm and its attorneys comply with CLE rules and regulations• Manage relationships with outside CLE vendors, coordinate webcasts and outside program enrollment, promote programs, and track program attendance• Maintain CLE calendar and post CLE programs internally• Serve as an expert in NY, CA, IL, NC, UT and DC rules and regulations and remain current on regulation updates• Assist with all aspects of coordinating CLE events, including room reservations, reproduction of presentation materials and forms, catering orders for meetings, etc.• Monitor attorneys’ licenses to practice law and work with them to ensure timely reporting and compliance
