Work as a Supervisor for Instrumentation and Analytical Pelletizing. Supervise the area of instrumentation maintenance and analytical instrumentation of the plants\' chimney instruments of the pelletising plant-Control the main critical risks of the plant, contract management, management and leadership of people aimed at changing the mindset in the organisation-Supervise (multidisciplinary) corrective and preventive maintenance activities. Coordinate the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance shutdowns-Guide the team in the maintenance sector\'s existing technical standards and best practices through DBM (Basic Maintenance Guidelines)-Engage team in performing kaizen (Continuous Improvement) and structured improvement projects, aiming at health, safety and productivity gains-Participate in the construction of equipment failure analysis focused on asset reliability-Search for improvements in health and safety conditions for the team, reducing absenteeism and improving the working environment of the units-Control the general process indicators (Health & Safety, Environment, Productivity, People and Cost) weekly through FMDS (Floor Management Development System)-Control and manage the unit\'s critical risk controls and SIFs (Safety Instrumented Systems).Supervise the instrumentation and electrical teams in daily routine compliance, diagnostics of process failures, control analysis and unit process-Conduct safety and safety inspections of maintenance activities-Manage employees (absenteeism, feedback, individual development plans, performance and disciplinary evaluation, vacation, and control of training matrix)-Participate in creating asset maintenance strategy (electrical and instrumentation) for the asset installation sites-Manage action plans for critical points raised by controls and processes-Participate in the audit processes (ISO, Audit, SARBOX, among other internal) on the calibration records of field instruments.
