Create and update candidate databases (Excel, LinkedIn, SAP SuccessFactors)• Conducting a comprehensive recruitment process – from searching for candidates to placing a job offer in SAP SuccessFactors• Organization of onboarding logistics – booking rooms, verification of new employees, sending onboarding invitations, monitoring the implementation of mandatory health and safety trainings • Preparation and updating of presentation materials for onboarding• Conducting onboarding meetings• Contact with the Personal Administration department • Coordination of the process of issuing access cards for B2B contractors – obtaining consents, correspondence with departments• Support of Medicover medical packages – presentation of the offer, verification of documents, contact with a caregiver• OfficePass coordination, including collaboration between locations• Supervision of the car leasing process – documentation control, monitoring of lease agreements• Support of union processes• Managing processes related to AMEX cards• Handling requests and orders in the ServiceCentral system, including identifying hardware needs• Providing user support for the MyExpenses system• Coordinating the enrollment process for the Multisport program• Completing forms in the TETA HR system
