As a certified Netweaver Consultant I provide business analysis and technical solutions for SAP processes. I translate functional specifications into SAP technical specifications and develop and maintain WRICEF Workflow, Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms. SAP projects that I work on include full life cycle implementation projects, post implementation production support, and upgrade projects. As well as providing technical support, I have also led teams of offshore and onshore developers. Having been actively involved in all phases of the SDLC, I use the waterfall model and agile methodologies to enhance the overall functionality of SAP. Specialising in HR with sound knowledge of FI and SD modules. My key areas of specialism include:· SAP ABAP/4 Programming: Demonstrating extensive programming experience in a variety of SAP ABAP coding areas including – reporting, dialog, screen painter, performance tuning, and ABAP OO.· SAP Consulting: Providing programming support, technical leadership, expertise, and direction for the implementation of SAP R/3 for Europe with a focus on the ABAP, Workflow, and HR.· SAP Workflow: Gathering business requirements, researched and tested alternative approaches in order to design, build, test, and implement multiple complex SAP Workflow solutions.· SAP HR (PA, PD, and OM): Delivering high quality business analysis and configuration for PA, PD, and OM modules encompassing country rollouts, legal entity changes, and HR data migration.· SAP Security & Authorisations: Ensuring information and systems integrity, availability and security while providing support in line with agreed service levels.· Functional Specifications: Understanding the business processes necessary to interact with the user community, functional resources and technical teams.· Integrations: Responding to production development issues as they arise and researching complex problems that may require escalating.
