Leading RDH Building Science\'s US East operations, my role as Principal and Senior Building Science Specialist harnesses over two decades of experience and insight. I am committed to elevating performance, resolving complex challenges, and improving the human experience related to the built environment. My work is informed and influenced through a lens trained on climate change mitigation and adaptation. I provide technical, operational, and strategic leadership to RDH\'s multi-disciplinary engineering consulting teams, working a broad spectrum of client and project types.My project experience includes leading engineering analyses and solution development to address performance challenges in high-rise and mega-tall structures across the Middle East, as well as designing practical pre-fabricated enclosure strategies for affordable, PassiveHouse-certified multi-family housing in Boston, Massachusetts. Additionally, I have led investigations and served as a testifying expert on multi-million-dollar insurance claims. Operational management success includes the development and execution of a strategic plan to establish RDH\'s first East Coast office by tailoring team expertise to emerging industry needs and defining a unique value proposition, brand, and resource for clients in a mature and already saturated market.
