Responsible for the safe and successful implementation of a $150M+ portfolio of large, complex Performance Infrastructure Construction projects in the East Region. Manage a high performing team of Construction Management Professionals (Construction Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, Safety Professionals, Project Engineers and Contract Administrators). Some skills include, Project Development, Contract Negotiations, Risk Management, Project Scheduling, Contract Management, and Revenue Forecasting. Recent and ongoing projects of interest include (3) 8-15 Megawatt Combine Heat and Power plants. These are turbine powered generators with heat recovery vessels that provide steam heat and power to customers with a need for both. We perform all types of Energy Savings Construction projects and HVAC Retrofits also. Boiler, Chiller, AHU and other HVAC retrofits are very common. We implement these projects to save the customer energy/money. The costs of these projects are often paid for by the savings they produce.
