Worked with Business partners to identify yearly plans and then throughout the year identified and created corrective action plans to ensure alignment with business goals. • Mentored team members who needed guidance when there were tensions or challenges that required relationship management improvements with the business partners.• Mentored and shared my experiences in program, project and delivery management with colleagues and team members. • Improved global knowledge exchange opportunities among computational biologists and other scientific team members, by adding more value to the journal club meetings, to ensure relevant new technologies are brought to the attention of the participants and to reinforce the sense of a global community. • Took a leadership role to find synergies to work with start-ups and connected with organizations, such as the MARS Discovery District, with whom we could partner to further develop more global connections and opportunities to support business partner initiatives. • Planned, managed and implemented large, complex projects/programs by balancing scope, time, and cost while maintaining a high level of quality.• Volunteered for the Toronto IT Fair, to have the opportunity to promote innovation.
