Ryan leads a team at Constellation that focuses on executing Constellation’s long-term corporate and commercial strategic plan, including execution of specific strategic initiatives. Commercialization and Development is also responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities to achieve Constellations financial and risk management objectives. Ryan has over 16+ years of commercial experience in the energy industry and has developed strong quantitative and leadership skills over a 20-year career with four Fortune 500 companies. In 2006, Ryan joined Constellation and was responsible for running financial option models on renewable power purchasing agreements. Beginning in 2014 Ryan lead a team responsible for the day to day power pricing and deal structuring for all industrial and commercial customers across the PJM and New York markets. His team also conducted market research, and worked closely with large industrial and commercial end users developing energy strategies for the power and natural gas markets. In 2020, Ryan managed a team at Constellation that lead commercial reviews and strategic assessment of wholesale and retail power transactions across the country and supported commercial due diligence for capital investment and divestiture opportunities as well as mergers and acquisitions.Prior to joining Constellation, Ryan held various roles for three fortune 500 companies, where he worked as a business analyst, product design engineer and industrial engineer.
